We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of unusual activity, incomplete information, or pricing errors.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or combined once placed.

3. Pricing & Accuracy

All prices are listed in € and may change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability, and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Payment & Verification

Orders may be subject to verification. If required information is not provided, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Maison Clermont is not liable for delays, loss, or theft during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Returns, Claims & Proof

All sales are final.

By placing an order, you agree that refunds are not possible, except in the cases outlined below.
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the packaging has been opened.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

* Clear photo/video evidence is required
* Images must include the product, packaging, labels, and shipping box
* The product must be unused and in original condition

Hair that has been installed, cut, colored, brushed out, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for any claim.

Requests submitted after the timeframe or without sufficient evidence may be declined.

We reserve the right to determine the outcome of each request.

7. Product Use & Responsibility

We are not responsible for results after installation or treatment, including coloring, bleaching, or styling.

Improper handling or maintenance may affect the quality and lifespan of the hair.

8. Quality Perception & Claims

Differences in texture, fullness, or origin are not considered defects.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for replacement or compensation.

9. Disputes & Resolution

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

We reserve the right to respond to disputes with supporting documentation, including order details, shipping confirmation, communication records, and product verification.

Repeated misuse of policies may result in refusal of future service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, videos, logos, branding, and text, is the property of Maison Clermont.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Use of our content to promote or sell other products is not permitted and may result in legal action.
